Specialized Mental Wellness Coaching for Teens and Adults (16+)
Exhale Coaching is rooted in the power of pen and paper - Chelsea's first and longest passion. What started as an answer to a call to teach others how to write or express themselves back in 2018, has now become a coaching program relieving all who attend of their mental roadblocks and placing them back on the path of wellness.
Chelsea is a life coach from the city of Detroit with a Bachelors of Arts in English and Creative Writing. She is currently a Counselor-in-Training receiving a Masters of Art in Counseling at Central Michigan University in 2026. She received her Life Coaching certification under the leadership and teaching of renowned life coach and best-selling author Tony Gaskins.
Through her empathetic approach and dedication to personal growth, Chelsea helps individuals navigate life's challenges with resilience and confidence. With a unique blend of education, creativity and compassion, she is committed to making a positive impact on the wellbeing of those she will serve. Whether in a 1:1 or group coaching setting, she strives to inspire her community to unlock their full potential and live authentically.


Mindfulness and Self-Care Workshop
Held quarterly, our mindfulness and self-care workshop - "Settled In" is designed to empower participants with practical tools to manage stress, build resilience, and enhance overall mental well-being. Through interactive sessions, writing prompts, and group activities, attendees will learn effective techniques for self-care and stress reduction to cultivate a healthier mindset and lifestyle.
Each session begins with meditation in effort to begin the release of the things participants carried into the room. After several prompts, each session ends with personal affirmation that allows participants to capture everything learned and begin anew.
